HEALTHY TIPS:
I love pasta and vegetables so this is one of my favorite recipes.
In the winter, the best way to enjoy fresh vegetables is to buy frozen organic. The broccoli is out of this world with wonderful and full rosettes. I choose organic spagetti or fettuccine. It has the best taste and always cooks aldente the best. The Neufchatel cheese is usually harder to find in the stores, but if you do find it, it has less fat than cream cheese.
This meal is an all in one, which includes your meat, carbohydrates and vegetables, and is a delicious, nutritional and low calorie meal.
